Amazing Industrial/modern retrofit to the Iconic Oriental Hotel, one of the most recognized and significant structures in Old Town Victoria; yielding a wonderfully rare and romantic setting of narrow alleyway entrance in brick, steel and wood. All 32 small homes in this fabulous building are unique but #215 boasts the largest single unit floor plan & pairs a large separate bedroom (with full closet ) & separate huge bonus loft area too! This home has additional benefit of it's own deck area as well; large enough to BBQ or find some quiet outdoor space - rare feature in the building & great benefit. Many thoughtful and tasteful refinements have been made to the space since purchased from the Developer by the current owner too numerous to list here (full detail list available) such as: Custom countertops in the kitchen, sink and live edge bar top. Upgraded appliances (range hood, fridge and stove). New custom upper cabinets, Upgraded tile flooring in the kitchen, entrance and bathroom.
